Borghese Investments
Prior to founding Borghese Investments, Ms. Blasi served in a variety of executive leadership roles within the industry. Over ten years at Codina Group (now Flagler Development), she served as President of both the firm’s Development and Real Estate Management companies. Following this, Ms. Blasi was the President of Terranova Corporation, one of Florida’s largest third-party commercial real estate firms.
Outside of Borghese, Ms. Blasi shares her experience and expertise through serving a variety of industry associations. She is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has served ICSC in numerous capacities, including Southern Division Vice President, Vice-Chair of the Governmental Relations Advisory Committee, and the Committee on Open Air Centers Co-Chair. Further, Ms. Blasi is a former Board member of the ICSC Foundation and Chair of its Nominating and Governance Committee. A former member of NAIOP’s Center of Education Faculty, Ms. Blasi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami, where she is a frequent guest lecturer.
